Booty Pump Program

This is a 6-week program that is designed to target your glutes, hamstrings, quads, and calves. The majority of exercises will be glute focused, but the goal is to build a well-rounded and balanced lower body.

The program is set up for 3 training days per week and can be used with your current training schedule.
It will progressively get harder as the weeks go on and as your strength increases!

You will also have access to a private video library that corresponds with your program.

 

 

This program is done on your own time.

 

If you are participating in our group classes you can complete these workouts after any class or during our open gym hours.

 

The Booty Program is already pre installed in every members Wodify App.
